Carole Farmer joined ODWM as an Executive Assistant in June 2026.

Carole and her husband (Foye) moved to Wyoming in 1999, making Wyoming their permanent home – and loving the state from the moment they arrived.
Carole worked as a licensed insurance agent with a career spanning over 40 years, always working in the Independent Agency System, focusing her career in the commercial lines and surety arena. During her career she obtained the professional designations of CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and CISR (Certified Insurance Sales Representative).

Carole’s career included agency ownership (Way West Insurance Agency, LLC) in Cody, WY, Sales Manager (BW Insurance, Cody) and trained new agents in the field of commercial lines and surety- both in Wyoming and during her employment in California.

In addition to insurance, Carole owned Cody Styling Company, LLC (Cody) for 18 years, selling that business in 2025.

In her spare time, Carole & her husband enjoy travel & entertaining friends and family and doing projects at home. The family dog plays a big part in determining time away from home – thinking he’s the boss of his owners.

Carole’s primary focus is client service, helping OWM’s clients, staff and owners achieve their goals.
