His expertise spans construction management, capital planning, financial analysis, operational leadership, and strategic decision-making, with extensive experience overseeing multimillion-dollar projects from acquisition through stabilization.

In addition to his construction and consulting career, Tommy is the co-founder of The Cigar Lane, a boutique premium cigar retailer and members-only lounge in Red Lodge, Montana. His entrepreneurial experience reflects a commitment to exceptional customer service, thoughtful brand development, and innovative business growth.
