Irina Weiner-Valts has recently joined the firm as an Executive Assistant. Irina was born and raised in Pereslavi-Zalesskiy, Russia. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Organic Chemistry.

Irina grew up in a military family, emigrating to the United States in 2004 after spending several years traveling back and forth between Russia and the United States. Irina’s passion for art led to her working as a gallery administrator in Russia for a decade before emigrating to the United States with her daughter desiring a better life.

She pivoted to customer service positions in retail for several years before she became a personal assistant to the Chief Investigator of the Medical Examiner’s Office of Orange County, NY in 2010. Irina’s organizational skills and attention to detail were so impressive that she was offered a position as an Autopsy Assistant shortly thereafter, having assisted forensic pathologists on over 500 autopsies a year.

After some time, Irina relocated to Virginia and found enjoyment in working as a Personal Trainer for George Mason University in 2018. She worked with university staff and administration on assigned exercise and occupational therapy cases. Irina found the work rewarding, as the results of weeks to months of dedicated therapy resulted in positive outcomes for her clients’ lives.

Irina enjoys communicating and building relationships with others. She is an artist and particularly enjoys oil and canvas painting. She is a nature lover and is excited to be a Wyoming resident while beginning her career in finance with O’Donnell Wealth Management.
